I hereby give my express consent to the company HOTELITY l.t.d with its registered office at Klemensova 5B, 811 09 Bratislava, Company Reg. No: 46 656 723, registered with the Companies Register of the District Court Bratislava I, Section: Sro, File No.: 81571/B (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator” or the “Company”) pursuant to the provisions of Art. 11 et seq. of Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on Personal Data Protection, as amended, to manage, process, administer and make available my personal data within the scope provided in my CV and the on-line registration form on the web portal www.hotelityjobs.com as part of the information system of the Operator and the internet at www.hotelityjobs.com. I agree with automated and/or non-automated means of processing of my personal data by the Operator. I make available my personal data, within the scope provided by me, voluntarily and based on personal decision, with the awareness that it can be processed and used by the Operator for the purposes of the job applicant database pursuant to the provisions of Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on Personal Data Protection, as amended, and for this purpose can be made available to potential employers. The consent to process personal data is valid until revocation. This consent can be revoked at any time in writing to the address of the Operator. I hereby declare that my personal data provided by me is true and correct and I promise to inform the Operator without delay about any changes in my personal data. I confirm that I have been advised about my rights according to the relevant provisions of Act no. 122/2013 Coll. on Personal Data Protection, as amended.

I give access to my personal information in the extent provided by me, voluntarily and based on my own decision, and agree to have it processed and used by the Administrator for the purposes of the database of job seekers according to law. no. 122/2013 Z.z. about the protection of personal information (currently valid) and to make it available to potential employers.

My consent is valid for the period of 3 years, after which my personal information will be deleted. This consent can be anytime revoked in writing to the address of the Administrator.

I hereby certify that the personal information provided by me is true and correct and I promise to inform without delay about any change in my personal information. I confirm that I have been informed about my rights according to the relevant legal code of law no. 122/2013 Z.z. about the protection of personal information (currently valid).
