We are looking for a Cook/ Chef de Partie for a 4* hotel near Hamburg. Starting date: Immediately. Permanent position

• Job description, rights and responsibilities:
  Our client is a well-known and renowned 4* hotel near Hamburg with more than 60 rooms, various restaurants (a la carte, bistro, lounge), event space for up to 300 guests, terrace and beer garden.
  The city centre of Hamburg can be reached within 30 minutes.
  
  We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie (m/f) – starting date as soon as possible, permanent position.
  
  Your duties will include:
  Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the smooth workflow in the kitchen (a la carte and banquet)
  Quality control
  Preparing and producing of dishes
  Receiving ordered goods, correct storage
  Control of hygienic standards (HACCP)
• Other benefits:
  Monthly net salary depending on experience: 1300€ net to 1700€ net, any overtime is paid

• Language skills requirements:
  • German - beginner
  • English - advanced

  Competency in all defined languages
  
• Required experience:
  1-2 years
• Personality abilities and skills:
  Successfully completed apprenticeship as chef
  Working experience in a similar environment and at least as Demi Chef
  Interested in a permanent position in a renowned company
  Team player
  Independent and organized way of working
  Languages skills: basic knowledge in German and/or good knowledge of English (German language skills are not a must)
