Buffet Runner luxury resort based on Costa del Sol

The Buffet Runner will be responsible for the buffet area of the outlet by following the company standards.

• Job description, rights and responsibilities:
  Have a very good knowledge of the menu and buffet food.
  Set up the buffet according to the guideline of the chef and outlet manager.
  Assist the cooks for the food refilling and inform the kitchen for food replacements.
  Oversee the replacement of the buffet equipment.
  Responsible for the correct storage of equipment.
  keep the buffet and surrounding areas clean and tidy.
  Transfer at the end of each meal the buffet cutlery to the kitchen.
  Follow the recycle policies set by the Sani Green Program of the company.

• Required experience:
  3-5 years
• Personality abilities and skills:
  Enthusiasm, openness and a self-motivated personality eager to learn, develop and be part of a continuously growing team
  Ability to cope under pressure and deliver excellent service results in a high-paced luxury environment
  2-3 years in similar position in a five-star hotel over 200 rooms
  Fluency in English (verbal). A second and third language would be highly appreciated
