Job description, rights and responsibilities:· Ensures HACCAP compliance
· Participates in the menu preparation
· Will plan, prepare and cook menu items as directed by the Sous / Head Chef.
· Will be passionate about developing new styles of service and concepts in the location.
· Will assist with stock taking when required.
· Must carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate
· Will demonstrate and instruct Commis Chefs in food preparation and cooking skills as directed by the Sous / Head Chef

Other benefits:- Gross Salary: €30,000
Please note standard tax in Ireland is 20% up to €33,800, 40% on the remaining salary after for a single person. This can vary depending on marital status and tax credits etc.

Education requirements:secondary school with A-levels

Education area:· Will ideally have some 3rd level study in relation to Culinary Art
