  • Job description, rights and responsibilities:
    You will instruct and supervise variety of sport and fitness activities to guests as assigned by the Sports manager ensuring the highest standards of customer service are met as per the companies’ standards. In brief:

    Prepare all necessary side duties at the beginning and end of each shift
    Provide training to guests and assist in their skills development
    Organize and oversee competitions, tournament, matches, trials and qualifying events
    Provide care and treatment to guests when needed
    Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests
    Assist in all Sports & Recreation related tasks as assigned by the Sports Manger / maintain a clean environment in the gym and the courts

Job requirements
  • Education requirements:
    secondary school student
  • Language skills requirements:
    • English - advanced
    • Spanish - advanced
    Competency in all defined languages
  • Required experience:
    3-5 years
  • Personality abilities and skills:
    Enthusiasm, openness and a self-motivated personality eager to learn, develop and be part of a continuously growing team
    Ability to cope under pressure and deliver excellent service results in a high-paced luxury environment
    Relevant experience, ideally within a hotel environment / fitness studio / gym
    Fluency in English (verbal). A second language would be highly appreciated
    Flexible schedule required
