• Job description, rights and responsibilities:
  Responsible for the daily operation and overall management of the Spa, including staffing, cleanliness, service provisions and retail operations.
  
  • Provides courteous guest service to all guests.
  • Hires, trains, supervises and motivates team members.
  • Counsels, guides and instructs assigned personnel in the proper performance of their jobs.
  • Handles the marketing and sale of memberships and daily usage of club facilities.
  • Obtains and manages all outside contractors that provide services to the spa, to ensure availability of these services and maintain the quality of these services and insures Rezidor requirements
  • Works closely with hotel General Manager to ensure retail goals are met.
  • Stays in tune with the latest spa treatments being offered and attends
  special spa training when necessary.
  • Prepares monthly reports.
  • Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.

• Education requirements:
  secondary school with A-levels
• Education area:
  Preferably SPA Management Beauty/Spa Therapy qualification.
• Language skills requirements:
  • English - advanced
• Required experience:
  3-5 years
• Additional information about work experience:
  Minimum 2 years or more experience of relevant experience in a 4/5 star hotel
  Ability to display a high level of integrity and posses the ability to work without direct supervision
  Experience in leading teams
